The problem

Your splits tell you what happened, not why.

Results pages are descriptive: what happened, not what to do. Most of a Hyrox is won or lost in the back half under fatigue, and a fast fresh split never shows how you held up.

The science

Two numbers decide your Hyrox. Both are measurable.

Your engine (the pace you can hold) and your reserve (what's left for the stations). We read the engine as your Critical Pace from the peer-reviewed Critical Power model, off a short field test you can do in any gym. We didn't invent a score; we pointed a validated model at your race.

We show our work and never fake the precision: the projection is a range that tightens as you log more, and it gets sharper for everyone the more races it sees. Built by someone who spent years on the adaptive software endurance athletes train on.

Common questions.

How is this different from the free Hyrox results sites?
Those rank your finish against the field. This reads your splits to explain why the race went the way it did, and what to fix next.
Is this just another training plan?
No. A generic plan does not know your data and never checks whether it worked. This measures where you are, projects your finish, trains your specific limiters, and re-measures.
How accurate is the projected finish?
It is a projection shown with a confidence band, not a guarantee. It starts from the endurance model and population data, then calibrates to you as you log races and re-tests. It will not claim an exact time.
Is this AI?
No. It is a sports-science model you can inspect, not a black box, and not a large language model.
Do I need a coach or special equipment?
No coach and no specialty kit. The whole field-test battery is doable in any gym: a recent 5k, a few short efforts, and a rower and a run for the durability read.
