The science

Two numbers set the finish. Both can be measured in any gym.

The dashed line is Critical Pace.

Your Pull Score and the four pillars: engine, strength-endurance, run, durability
The limiter board: every station and run ranked by the time it cost you
Your Critical Pace: the sustainable engine the whole race runs on
A projected finish with a confidence band, durability-aware, calibrated to your races
Division-aware (Men's and Women's, Open and Pro) and race-result import
Re-test to a finish trajectory, plus an adaptive run and conditioning plan
Still calibrating
The durability read is modeled from your field test + the research; it gets truer as real race data lands.
The projection tightens every time you re-test or log a race.

Questions

Common questions.

I've never raced. Will this work for me?
Yes. A recent 5k is enough. It projects your first finish with its range and names the station to train first. A race, when you have one, makes the read sharper.
How is this different from the free Hyrox results sites?
Those rank your finish against the field. This reads your splits to explain why the race went the way it did, and what to fix next.
Is this just another training plan?
No. A generic plan does not know your data and never checks whether it worked. This measures where you are, projects your finish, trains your specific limiters, and re-measures.
How accurate is the projected finish?
It shows a typical-days window, measured on repeat racers: half of race days land inside it. It starts from the endurance model and population data, calibrating to you as you log races and re-tests. It will not claim an exact time.
Is this AI?
No. It is a sports-science model you can inspect, not a black box, and not a large language model.
Do I need a coach or special equipment?
No coach and no specialty kit. The whole field-test battery is doable in any gym: a recent 5k, a few short efforts, and a rower and a run for the durability read.
